The vendor mechanism dispensing mints and the fact that they were supposedly playing a game allowed the players to circumvent the gambling laws of the day. Machine has been restored several years ago and the lithographed tin playing field has been enhanced. This machine appeals not only to coin-op collectors, but also collectors of baseball memorabilia.
