The highest bidder shall be the purchaser, subject to the auctioneer having the right to refuse the bid of any person and subject to any reserve having been met. Should any dispute arise as to the bidding, the lot in dispute will immediately be put up for sale again at the preceding bidding. Or the auctioneer may declare the purchaser which declaration shall be conclusive.3. The auctioneer shall set the bidding increments and no bid may be retracted.4. All lots are sold as shown and with all errors to description, faults and imperfections whether visible or not. Neither Hayward's nor its vendor is responsible for errors of description or for the genuineness or authenticity of any lot or for any fault or defect in it and make no warranty whatever. Buyers proceed upon their own judgment. The act of bidding is agreed by the buyer to be an indication that they are satisfied as to the condition of the goods. If for any reason the purchaser fails to complete his purchase as aforesaid, the auctioneer reserves the right to resell the lot. Any net increase in price shall be the property of the vendor. The purchaser shall be called upon to make up any loss of deficiency of any such resale together with all the expenses attending such a sale.Absentee Bids12. Absentee bids are welcome, and the auctioneer shall accept bids by mail, telephone, fax, or by e-mail. Bidders will receive an invoice after the auction.
